When registering for the conference, you are also able to sign up for ISBNPA membership and save on conference registration fees. Therefore, if you become an ISBNPA member when you register, and if you choose to renew your membership for the following year's annual meeting, you will save $200.00 USD. Please note that the membership ends on December 31 each year, so if you paid for your membership at ISBNPA 2017, your membership has expired. Memberships will not be renewed unless you choose to extend it prior to December 31.

For student delegates

Please note: In order to receive the Student registration rate, please send us a proof that you are a full-time student. We will need a copy of your student card (both sides showing photo, name and card expiry date) to ISBNPA 2018 Conference Secretariat by fax at 1(604) 681-2503 or by email to ISBNPA 2018 Secretariat.

Please note: You are eligible to register as a delegate from a low- or middle-income country if you currently live and study or work in a low- or middle-income country as recognized by the World Bank (click here to see the list).  If you live and study or work in a high-income country and are funded by an institution in a low- or middle-income country you are also eligible to register at the LMIC rate. The LMIC rate is no longer available.

ISBNPA- BMC 2018 Scholarships                                                        

ISBNPA and BioMed Central (BMC) are pleased to be able to offer scholarships for ISBNPA 2018 attendees from low and middle income countries. Up to 10 eligible attendees will receive support for registration, travel and accommodation expenses. 

We are proud to advise that the ISBNPA fellows' registration fees are providing part of the funds for this initiative.

Credit Card Payments Online

Registration paid with credit card is a preferred method and results in an instant confirmation of a delegate attendance. Accepted credit cards are MasterCard and Visa. All transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to Venue West Conference Services. 

Cheque

Your registration is incomplete until your cheque is received! Please indicate the name of the delegate on (or with) your cheque that you registered online. Please address the cheque to Venue West Conference Services and mail it to the address below:

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.

INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation in the Conference, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Canada, failure to utilize tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Venue West cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds (less a $100 USD handling charge) will be provided for cancellations received in writing by April 30th, 2018. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations after this date, but a substitute delegate may be sent instead.
