Choose from three options:

1.      Meditation in Motion – Get your day flowing with Tai Chi, a low-impact exercise that brings the yin and yang of a person back into natural harmony.

(30 persons maximum. Please register in advance)

2.      Gotta Run – Discover the local running routes along Victoria Harbour.

(30 persons maximum. Please register in advance)

3.      Waterfront Walk – Start the day with a stroll along the Expo Promenade.
